The Tullet Islanders Hockey Club brings teams together every May for a competitive, high‑tempo, and seriously fun tournament at HMS Temeraire in Portsmouth. Whether you’re chasing trophies or just good times with your squad, this is the event you won’t want to miss!

In May 2026, the Islanders Hockey Tournament marks its 53rd year — still one of the biggest and most iconic field hockey events in the U.K
Our tournament is open to players of every age and ability, and with men’s and ladies’ competitions running side‑by‑side all weekend, there’s no shortage of chances to play hard, cheer loud, and soak up purple nasty. Between matches, the sidelines turn into a social hub where teams mix, relax, and enjoy the buzz. Our host squads — Islanders Men’s, Islanders Ladies, and the Castaways — bring together some of Hampshire’s top talent, setting the tone for a weekend of quality hockey and good vibes.
The entry fee will be £330.00 per team for both men and women.
All games run on two astro pitches and one grass pitch, with a bar, BBQ, changing rooms, and plenty of space for extra fun throughout the weekend
